I can’t really draw, but I knew I wanted a mountain range for my project. I wanted to find an easy hack to create a mountain without having to put too much effort.
I saw this mountain stencil from this 4-pack and I knew that this would be a really easy way to help me create my mountain background for my card.
I placed the stencil down over my project and then blended distress inks over the top for my nighttime sky. I made sure to use my favorite cardstock for ink blending for the best results.[
For the stars, I flicked some white paint off of an acrylic block for an easy way to replicate stars. Then I went back to the mountain stencil and use different parts of it to add some snow banks for more realism and dimension in my mountain.
I trimmed down my card front and placed it on a white note card. I then heat embossed my sentiment and adhere it to the front.
