Eclipse Cards are very trendy right now. It’s a great paper crafting technique that adds subtle (but very cool looking) dimension. It’s great for highlighting a sentiment and it has your recipient wondering “how did they do that?”
Supplies You Will Need:
Eclipse Cards generally look the best when the sentiment is cut out of a stamped or pattern piece of paper. However, you can certainly do the technique with solid cardstock as well. You can make your own background or purchase the printed kind.
Generally, when making my eclipse cards, I like to use on a gridded mat with a T Ruler nearby. Then I like to use thicker cardstock as well as this adhesive with this precision tip for delicate die cuts.
